Comment: Staff at the hotel were friendly at all times and all aspects of the hotel I saw were very clean. Hotel is well located for those interetsed in shopping. Room size is on the small size but adequate, inclusive minibar is a nice touch ( contains 2 beers, 2 waters, 2 juices and a couple of coke/diet cokes) and is replenished each day. The Club lounge was good with access available all for tea/coffee and evening drinks. Unless you are a fan of buffets I would recommend having breakfast in the Club lounge rather than the buffet restaurant downstairs as it is much quieter and nicer.

Comment: Stayed at this hotel at the end of June and couldn't fault the service. Room was great, breakfast superb and service throughout our stay was excellent. This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel and I would definitely use it again as it so central to everything.

Comment: 1) Good housekeeping – Always kept clean and tidy 2) Strategic location – Easy access to many shopping malls , variety of food & transport (especially taxi) 3) Free internet access – Has the freedom to login to internet whenever I want 4) Piece of mind – Quiet environment and comfortable room for a good night sleep 5) Value for money for business travellers.

Comment: This is a good quality hotel, but fairly standard as one of the big chains. Everything works, everything is clean, but little character. The breakfast buffet had huge selection. The location however was very handy.
